At the first appointment, we will talk and, if necessary, test to determine the root cause of your problem. I will then guide you through the corresponding breathing and movement process, designed to trigger the body’s own stress release function. There is a release of tension stored in the body.
The whole process takes 1.5-2 hours, after which I will give you your homework and the integration starts. You’ll feel the results of your work immediately after the session, and the results will be consolidated within a week.
