VALIDITY OF THE SALES CONTRACT, COMMERCIAL AND PRICE INFORMATION

The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Website.
The prices of the products sold on the website are indicated with the products. All prices of goods sold in the online shop are in euro.

Information about the goods is provided on the Online Shop directly next to the goods.

PLACING AN ORDER

To order, you must add the products you want to your shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:

– Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay.
– Pay later solutions: Indivy Slice 3, Liisi ID, Finora credit
– Visa/Mastercard card payments

NB! When paying by bank transfer, be sure to press the “Back to merchant” button on the bank page.

Payments are intermediated by Montonio Finance UAB. Payment takes place outside the Website in a secure environment – in the case of payment by bank transfer in the secure environment of the respective bank and in the case of payment by credit card in the secure environment of Montonio Finance UAB. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The contract shall enter into force from the date of receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Website.

The owner of the website is the controller of the personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Montonio Finance UAB.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiry of the delivery period or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days after the notification.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded on the website within 30 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.

In order to return the goods, you must submit a free-form withdrawal form and send it to info@elinasufia.com within 30 days of receipt of the goods at the latest.

The Website shall return the money paid by the Buyer to the Buyer without delay, but not later than 14 days after the receipt of the withdrawal request.
The website deletes the buyer’s access to the website once the money has been returned to the buyer.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

The Website is liable for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the buyer which existed at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within a period of up to two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within the first six months of the delivery of the goods to the purchaser, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Shop to rebut this presumption.

In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online shop within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to info@elinasufia.com.

The website is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from the Website have defects for which the Website is responsible, the Website will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Website will refund to the buyer all the fees related to the sales contract.
The website will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

DIRECT MARKETING AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The website will use the personal data provided by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer.
The website will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his/her wish to receive them by entering his/her e-mail address on the website and has indicated his/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.

The purchaser may opt-out of receiving offers and newsletters by email at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.

DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

If the buyer has any complaints about the Website, they should be sent by e-mail to info@elinasufia.com.

If the buyer and the Website are unable to resolve the dispute through an agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Website. There is no charge for the Commission to examine the buyer’s complaint.
